Returns:
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy at Glamour House Of Hair for individual extensions, closures and frontals is simple. If you don't love your Glamour House of Hair extensions, closure or frontal, simply send it back unused in its original condition within 14 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund or exchange of the product(s).
Individual extensions, closures or frontals received as a return that are not in its original packaging and or that have been used will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued as we cannot resell the product.
If you want to return an individual bundle(s) of extensions(s), closure(s) or frontal(s) for any reason, simply log into your account and submit a return request and ship your product(s) back to us within 14 days from the date that you received your order.
You must log in and submit your return request as this is required for all returns and exchanges and will help us expedite and track your request so you'll receive your refund faster.
Once we receive your request and product(s), we will process your refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling) within five business days. Please note that it can take some banks up to 7-10 business days to refund your account. This is a policy that each bank sets for itself.
All wig purchases are FINAL SALE. Due to sanitary reasons no exchanges, returns or refunds will be accepted on any wig purchase. For all questions concerning wigs, please email info@glamourhouseofhair.com.
Shipping:
All orders made M-F by 12pm EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday.
All domestic orders ship by USPS Priority 2 day mail. Tracked, insured, and signature required.
International orders ship by USPS International Express 3-5-day mail. Tracked insured and signature required.
We will only ship orders to the address associated with the credit card used during purchase, we make no exceptions.
All orders include complimentary shipping insurance. Should your package become lost or stolen you will need to contact the USPS to file a claim.
Glamour House of hair is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once items are turned over to the USPS postal carrier for delivery. Should your package be delayed contact the USPS to initiate an insurance claim.
Should your package be returned to sender for any reason and you’d like the package redelivered you must pay the additional shipping costs.
