All orders made M-F by 12pm EST ship the same day. Order placed after 12pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. 

We ship both domestic and internationally via USPS Priority mail. 

We will only ship orders to the address associated with the credit card used during purchase, we make no exceptions.  

 All orders include complimentary shipping insurance. Should your package become lost or stolen you will need to contact the USPS to file a claim.

Glamour House of hair is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once items are turned over to the USPS postal carrier for delivery.
