All orders ship the same day If placed M-F by 12pm est. All orders placed after 12pm est ship the next business day. Any order placed after 12pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.

That depends on what you have order. If you have purchased a wig you cannot receive a refund and all sales are final for wigs. Due to sanitary reasons you cannot return a used or unused wig. We do offer refunds for extensions, closures and frontals that are still in new and unused condition. All tags must still be attached and packages in it’s original packaging. A refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. You must log into your account and submit a return request. This allows us to properly log and ensure a timely refund.
Unfortunately no. In order to prevent fraud, we will only ship to the address associated with the credit card used for purchase. We cannot make any exceptions for any reason.
